Description
The Colorado Manufacturing Group at Leidos currently has an opening for a Materials Requisitioner to work in our Colorado Springs, Colorado office.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage the fulfillment acquisition process.
- Create purchase requisitions in CostPoint.
- Communicate effectively with DOD industry suppliers and cultivate meaningful relationships.
- Manage Leidos required supplier paperwork.
- Collaborate with product engineering, production planning, purchasing and quality teams for mission success.
- Track supplier on time delivery.
- Create and present weekly status reports.
- Data analysis.
- Other administrative duties as required.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of relevant procurement experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Exposure to supply chain and commodity management in DFAR environment.
- Strong customer interface skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Must be a US Citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Secret Clearance OR meet the eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Secret Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Supply chain professional.
- Procurement experience using CostPoint.
- Understanding of lean principals and root cause analysis.
- Ability to read mechanical drawing and data sheets.
- Active secret security clearance.
