Leidos Defense Systems is seeking a Material Control Analyst to join our team in Huntsville, AL. This position will support manufacturing of electrical and mechanical components.

Primary Responsibilities
- Determine and Report on production shortages daily.
- Update delivery dates.
- Communicate critical delivery information to Management.
- Work with purchasing to determine PO deliveries.
- Work with Receiving and Quality to expedite material through their respective departments.
- Provide clear to build dates for scheduling purposes.
- Candidate must be able to demonstrate strong personal and organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Additional duties as deemed necessary.
Basic Qualifications
- Candidates must have a Bachelors degree with less than 2 years of prior relevant work experience. In lieu of a degree a High School diploma/GED and 4 years of relevant experience will be considered
- -Candidate must have experience using Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Candidate must have the ability to work with department leadership to contribute to strategic planning and long-term vision.
- Candidate must have experience reading and interpreting Bills of Material
- Candidate must have a valid driver's license and sufficient driving record to perform delivery and pickup activities as necessary.
- Candidate must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Candidate must be able to work both independently and in a cohesive team environment.
- Candidate must be a resident of the North Alabama area or willing to relocate to the Huntsville - North Alabama, AL area.
- Candidate must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain/maintain a final secret clearance

Pay Range:
Pay Range $44,200.00 - $79,900.00
The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
