The National Security Sector at Leidos currently has an opening for a Lead Mission & IT Architect to work in one of our customer's offices (Bethesda, MD; Reston, VA; DIA HQ; or Cocoa Beach FLA). This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience helping the DoD's OSINT mission. In this mission space we support DIA/OSIC's OSINT production on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE). The Leidos effort consists of five main tasks: collecting and reporting, mission and information technology architecture, policy and OSINT governance support, OSINT strategic communications strategy support, and OSINT specialized tradecraft and training development support. As our Lead Mission & IT Architect, you will lead and manage contractors supporting OSINT Mission and IT Architecture tasks while representing Leidos to DIA Government Staff who oversee this effort on behalf of DIA and the DIE. Leidos personnel supporting this effort may operate out of Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, Bethesda, MD; Reston, VA; Patrick Space Force Base, FL; possibly Leidos corporate space, and coordinate/collaborate with OSINT SMEs across the DIA OSINT Program and throughout the DoD, IC, and FVEY communities.

Responsibilities Include:

  • POC to the Government, providing leadership and guidance for contractor personnel assigned to Technical Editing positions across the task order.
  • Responsible for ensuring Open-Source Intelligence Reports meet quality and security standards.
  • Represents Leidos to Government Staff.
  • Responsible for on time delivery of team's contractually required programmatic artifacts.
  • Optimizes use of all team's resources to enhance mission efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Leads/oversees Technical Editors supporting Infrastructure, Governance, Training and Tradecraft functions.

Clearance Required:

  • Active TS clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Required Experience, Skills, and Education:

  • Bachelor's degree and 12 years of experience with IT Project Management with a strong background in Agile methods and federal project coordination.
  • Experience with working in a dynamically evolving environment as a member of a diverse, collaborative and often dispersed team.

Preferred Experience, Skills, and Education:

  • Master's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, or related field.
  • PMP Certification.
  • Experience with MA systems.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $112,450.00 - $203,275.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
