Leidos is seeking an onsite SharePoint/JIRA Administrator for a position as part of a team supporting AFLCMC/HNCD Cyber Sustainment program in San Antonio, TX. The SharePoint/JIRA Administrator is responsible for performing all areas of SharePoint and JIRA administration including systems administration, application management, change control, risk management and validation and verification for multiple product baselines.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintain JIRA projects, workflows, permissions, and users to include adding external plug-ins and modifying JQL as needed
- Work with JIRA filters, reporting, dashboards, workflows, fields, and JIRA administration
- Update and maintain a collaborative solutions-based framework of websites and portals in a Microsoft SharePoint environment
- Perform the administration of sites, libraries, and lists for SharePoint spaces on various domains
- Analyze, review, and document current functionality to determine potential areas of improvement
- Manage user permissions for tools according to the needs of projects and teams
- Perform application and system administration tasks, including data backups and scheduled jobs.
- Research and utilize industry standard methods and techniques
- Support site setup, permission management, troubleshooting, and service requests for customers, content managers and knowledge managers
- Communicate and share knowledge with internal and external contacts at all levels
- Serves as backup facility manager, responding to alarms and facility requests with the primary facility manager is unavailable
Basic Qualifications:
- Requires a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of prior relevant experience
- Candidate must be a resident of the San Antonio, TX area or willing to relocate
- Candidate must possess an active Secret security clearance
- Hands-on experience working with the Atlassian product suite, with specific focus on JIRA as a Project/Application Administrator
- Ability to construct custom dashboards using various filter types in JIRA, a must
- SharePoint administration experience in an operational environment
- Solid knowledge of SharePoint Online and collaboration tools
- Scripting experience, including Windows PowerShell
- Must have strong work ethic with good time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- IAT Level II Baseline Certification
- Must possess an active Secret clearance and ability to obtain Top Secret clearance
- US Citizen
Preferred Qualifications:
- Top Secret Clearance
- Experience in designing, developing, and deploying Microsoft Power BI reports
- Experience supporting cloud environments (Azure, AWS)

Pay Range:
Pay Range $89,700.00 - $162,150.00
