The National Security Sector at Leidos has an immediate opportunity for an Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Liaison Officer (ISRLO) Intelligence Initial Qualification Course (IIQC) Instructor at Nellis AFB in Las Vegas, Nevada. This position is part of a large program supporting Air Combat Command's (ACC) Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) mission.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide formal initial qualification training (IQT) for personnel assigned to support platform- and weapon system-specific ISR operations at the Squadron, Operational Support Squadron, Group, or Wing level.
  • Prepare course materials, develop training exercises, and keep curriculum up to date with any technology, system, or tool updates.
  • Deliver pre-mission briefings and deliver academic testing at close of training events.
  • Training topics shall include ISRLO collection platform fundamentals (RADAR/IR theory, SIGINT, GEOINT, Special Payloads, Weapons Capabilities/employment and Threats), Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment, and introduction to core Air Force mission sets supported by the ISR community to include: Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance, Close Air Support, Combat Search and Rescue, Counter-land, Counter-Sea, and Strike Coordination and Reconnaissance.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 11+ years of relevant experience. Bachelors or Master's degree highly desired.
  • Must have a current TOP SECRET SCI clearance .
  • Previous Instructor experience
  • Strong knowledge of ISRLO Operations.

Highly Desired Skills:

  • 14N or 1NO very highly desired.
  • Additional relevant experience.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $78,000.00 - $141,000.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
