Leidos seeks an Industrial Energy Advisor to support our utility energy-efficiency program that promotes energy efficiency with industrial facilities located in Wisconsin. Location: Candidate would ideally be located in the Southeastern Wisconsin region. This position is primarily remote with required travel to customer sites which are within the Southeastern Wisconsin area.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work within our program team to help manufacturing plants identify efficiency opportunities, calculate energy savings, and estimate efficiency program incentives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with assigned customer accounts
  • Work closely with facility managers, facility and manufacturing engineers, and energy engineers to encourage energy efficiency investments in their facilities
  • Develop relationships with vendors to keep current on energy efficiency technologies and practices
  • Provide effective organization and communication for program delivery
  • Perform field verification of pre and post installation of energy efficiency measures

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical degree with four plus (4+) years of prior relevant experience in industrial environments OR Masters' degree in engineering or related technical degree with two plus (2+) years of prior relevant experience
  • Self-starter and self-motivated
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint
  • This position requires a valid driver's license and physical ability to perform field verification of pre and post installation of energy efficiency measures

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Seven plus (7+) years of relevant experience in energy management with industrial manufacturing

Pay Range:

Pay Range $72,150.00 - $130,425.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
