We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Report Server Specialist to manage, maintain, and optimize enterprise reporting needed for business operations. The ideal candidate will ensure system reliability, security, and performance while supporting users and collaborating with IT teams to enhance system and reporting functionality.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Support the enterprise reporting server, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
• Perform system installations, upgrades, patches, and configuration changes.
• Ensure that the OSI reporting environment is stable and running optimally.
• Monitor system performance, conduct routine maintenance, and implement improvements.
• Manage user access, roles, and security settings following compliance policies.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and implement solutions.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including configurations and troubleshooting procedures.
• Ensure data integrity, backups, and disaster recovery strategies are in place.
• Provide end-user support and training on application functionality and best practices.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in system administration or application support.
• Knowledge of enterprise applications, databases, and system configurations.
• Experience with application security, authentication methods, and role-based access controls.
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with scripting and automation tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, ITIL).
• Experience with cloud-hosted applications and SaaS platforms.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $55,250.00 - $99,875.00
