Leidos, a Fortune 500 company, seeks a qualified and dynamic Energy Advisor Associate Intern to provide support as a part of our successful Energy Efficiency program team in , Massachusetts, NY & RI. This position offers a very unique career opportunity within Leidos' award winning Energy Efficiency delivery team.

The ideal candidate may support Energy Advisors with energy audits, utility benchmarking, Energy Star Portfolio Manager, customer outreach, performing energy analysis and engineering calculations and supporting documentation. They will also support the completion utility program applications; track projects in CRM; organize and maintain vendor contacts in CRM. The intern will also support the project flow process with Energy Advisors, Customers, Contractors and any other relevant stakeholders.

The position is ideal for a person with excellent general project management, technical and organizational skills with the ability or interest to learn new skills needed to integrate with the energy efficiency team. The candidate should have proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs, Adobe, Windows operating system, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be highly motivated, detail oriented, well organized, self-starting, and work well in a supportive team environment.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide Project management coordination between utility representatives, customers, contractors and internal staff
  • Update records in the CRM based on reporting needs
  • Provide excellent customer service with exceptional follow through on tasks and audit reports
  • Support commercial and industrial energy audits with the support and direction of a senior Energy Advisor

Basic Qualifications

  • A senior to be in 2025/2026 on track to receive their Business or Industrial/Mechanical Engineering degree with a focus on energy, renewable energy or sustainability is preferred
  • Maintained 3.4 GPA level grades or above
  • Strong organizational ability
  • Takes ownership of responsibilities and can work independently
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Dependable with strong work ethic and 'can do' attitude
  • Highly flexible and adaptable
  • Working knowledge of MS Office products including Excel/Word/PowerPoint.
  • Professional attitude, appearance, and demeanor

Pay Range:

Pay Range $46,800.00 - $84,600.00
