The National Security Sector is looking for a Deputy Program Manager to join our F-16 FMS Product Support Integrator (PSI) team. This is a very dynamic ID/IQ contract which will have a significant number of task orders running simultaneously and a large number of vendors, suppliers and subcontractors supporting the effort.

The Deputy Program Manager will collaborate with and assist the Program Manager in supervising all program activities aligned with the PWS objectives and assumes the role of Program Manager in their absence. This role entails planning, organizing, securing, and efficiently managing resources to achieve the successful fulfillment of program goals and objectives. The Deputy Program Manager responsibilities encompass assisting the Program Manager to ensure program adherence to scope, schedule, and budget constraints, overseeing daily operations, managing recruitment, hiring, and training processes for employees, supervising staff, and maintaining up-to-date comprehensive quality control and reporting programs as well as interfacing with Sr. Leadership, program, task and functional leaders, subcontractors, and support personnel.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Utilize expert communication skills needed to direct the skilled technical resources and report on the technical progress, issues, and problem areas, as well as write and review technical documents.
- Assist with growing the business base by developing business relationships with local and national partners to address contract opportunities.
- Supervise all the Task Order Managers, provide feedback and resolve complex problems to ensure successful execution of programs.
- Engage employees and customers on a routine basis to fully understand customer requirements and employee capabilities.
- Capitalize on new technology and develop true discriminators within the existing program set and targeted opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Program Manager and other positions on the program in supervising all program activities and ensuring that all activities are aligned with the PWS objectives.
- Responsible for planning, organizing, securing, and efficiently managing resources to achieve the successful fulfillment of program goals and objectives and ensuring program adherence to scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
- Directly contributes to program efforts in several areas, including cost management/avoidance, schedule estimation and tracking, contract performance management, risk management, requirements analysis, and quality assurance activities.
- Interfaces with company leadership as well as with the government customer, Program Manager, task and functional leaders, subcontractors, and support personnel to ensure all technical, financial, contractual and performance requirements are met to bring about the successful completion of program goals and objectives.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring on time deliverables, managing recruitment, hiring, and training processes for employees, supervising staff, and maintaining up-to-date comprehensive quality control programs for a large-scale ID/IQ program.
- Responsible for program/project management operations and resourcing of all program and project requirements, including staffing, labor and cost estimation and proposal development and oversight of task order execution to ensure completion on time and within budget.
Required Experience, Skills, and Education:
- Bachelor's degree with eight or more years of related experience. Additional years of relevant experience, training, and/or certifications may substitute education requirement.
- Minimum 15 years Military Aircraft programs experience.
- US Citizen; Possessing active DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain/maintain upon hire.
- Expert communication skills needed to direct the skilled technical resources and report on the technical progress, issues, and problem areas, as well as write and review technical documents.
- Experience managing an individual or IDIQ program with revenue at or above $50M per year.
- Direct experience in managing multi-task contracts and subcontracts of various types and complexity, as well as experience in leading a multi-vendor environment is required.
- Proven track record in managing the execution of dynamic programs
- Strong subcontractor management skills
- Working knowledge of DOD programs
- Knowledgeable in program management methodology and techniques.
- Qualified applicant will possess excellent managerial and leadership skills.
- Have a demonstrated ability to plan, direct, and coordinate all contract operations.
Preferred Experience, Skills, and Education:
- Master's with five or more years of Program Management experience.
- Active DoD Secret security clearance preferred.
- Experience leading complex ID/IQ programs for Defense organizations is preferred.
- Current PMP Certification (or DoD/DAU equivalent)
- Experience in Lean Methodologies or Process Improvement Frameworks is preferred.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $126,100.00 - $227,950.00
