Leidos Digital Solutions, Inc. (LDSI) has an opportunity for a Deputy Program Manager to assist and lead various projects and functions in support of program operations. The project opportunities include workflow mapping and documentation, configuration management, security and employee compliance tracking, and more. Communications and coordination include multiple teams within our program including software testing, training, customer support and systems engineering.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Capture project requirements, track, and report on status. Ensure that project work is executed efficiently and on schedule.
- Manage our internal proprietary CRM database including customer contacts, communications, and workflows.
- Prepare and organize documentation on processes, SOP guides and instructional documents for the program.
- Manage the creation, storage, and delivery of contractually required technical documentation.
- Assist in various ongoing tasks and tracking for employee onboarding, customer clearances, compliance and training.
- Identify and manage projects for process improvements in various areas of the program.
What Sets You Apart: (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree with two plus (2+) years of relevant experience. May consider more years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
- Project management and leadership skills with ability to collaborate and garner cooperation from individuals across teams.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to evaluate processes and improve workflow.
- Proficient in M365 Office applications and adaptability to learn new technologies and software.
- Advanced skills in Excel (Pivot Tables and charts, advanced formulas, data manipulation, etc.)
- Familiarity with web-based CRM software, basic IT concepts, and networking principles.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to prioritize competing tasks based on urgency, impact, and contractual requirements.
You Might Also Have: (Preferred Qualifications)
- CAPM®, PMP® or other PMI Certification.
- Experience managing people.
- Training experience, online or in person.
- Knowledge of business financial tracking.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $55,250.00 - $99,875.00
The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
