Join Our Mission-Driven Team as a Deployment Coordinator!

Are you ready to make a global impact while being part of a dynamic team? The National Security group at Leidos has an exciting opportunity for a Deployment Coordinator to join our ranks. Based remotely, this vital role reports directly to the DPC Manager and supports an array of Leidos programs and external customers. You'll play a crucial part in ensuring seamless international deployments for both domestic and internationally-based U.S. personnel to foreign locations and U.S. military bases.

What You'll Do (Your Mission):

  • Be the go-to expert for managing deployment tracking systems, including Synchronized Pre-Deployment and Operational Tracker (SPOT).
  • Ensure entry, tracking, and compliance of Letters of Authorization (LOAs) for deployments.
  • Masterfully handle Country Clearance requests using APACS software.
  • Prepare and deliver deployment packages that meet all requirements, including pre-deployment documentation and renewal compliance.
  • Navigate and process country visas and Common Access Card (CAC) applications like a pro.
  • Keep deployment operations on point by maintaining management tools and status matrices.
  • Embrace travel opportunities and become adept at handling expense forms and reports.

Secondary Missions:

  • Provide valuable Program Management Office (PMO) support, including processing requests for expenses, alternate work locations, and more.
  • Step up during surge periods with overtime availability (approximately 20% of the time).

What We're Looking For (Basic Qualifications):

  • HS Diploma and a minimum of 3 years of experience in deployment processing or related administrative work.
  • Familiarity with SPOT, APACS, Foreign Clearance Guides, CAC, and Passport Processing (preferred).
  • Adept at managing travel processes with precision.
  • Must qualify for and maintain a DoD SECRET Clearance.
  • Attention to detail, self-starting abilities, and a knack for working both independently and with a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must.
  • Clearance Requirements: US Citizenship required to start and ability to qualify for and maintain a DoD SECRET Clearance upon hire.

What We'd Love to See (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Experience coordinating with teams across global Areas of Operation and Command Areas of Responsibility.
  • Comfortable working under the general supervision of the Deployment Processing Center Manager/team.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $39,000.00 - $70,500.00
