Leidos is seeking highly qualified incumbent candidates for all levels of the United States Central Command (USCENTCOM) Information Technology Services (CITS) contract. You will be part of a team that provides an innovative, modernized, IT life-cycle management system to USCENTCOM, including next-generation IT infrastructure cloud services and end-to-end automation. The CITS program provides USCENTCOM with the capability to maintain high readiness rates for an innovative enterprise IT infrastructure on a global scale.
This position is for a Configuration Manager that supports the Configuration Management (CM) PWS task area for the OCIO-PM Service Transition customer set performing Applications Systems Analysis functions.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the administration, monitoring, and maintenance of software infrastructures and applications.
- Analyzes software and database design and recommends changes to the Government to improve performance.
- Maintains documentation for all developed software and databases, including requirements traceability matrices, APIs, software designs, software test reports, security documentation, POA&Ms, user guides, admin guides, and training.
- Maintains a primary source code repository with replication for COOP for all production software.
- Performs or participates in audits and assessments of software, all documentation, and source code to meet cybersecurity requirements.
- Annually, or as required, revalidates with users that software continues to meet requirements.
- Implement CM discipline for the entire life cycle of systems from initial requirements/capabilities baselines to system end-of-life
- Create and maintain configuration baselines (development, test, production, etc.)
- Perform change control and configuration audits.
Basic Qualifications:
- 8+ years relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 3 years' experience with a Master's degree, or 9 years' experience with an Associates' degree, or 10 years' experience with a High School/General Education Development diploma.
- Maintain the CM environment for hardware and software product build, staging, testing and integration
- Experienced in creating Configuration Management Plans.
- Must have excellent organizational management skills.
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Active certification: DoD 8140 - GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC)
- Must possess an active Top Secret clearance and be eligible to obtain TS/SCI clearance.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $87,100.00 - $157,450.00
