• Service Management: Oversee the deployment, management, and optimization of cloud services across multiple platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of cloud engineers and administrators, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth and knowledge sharing.
• Budgeting and Cost Management: Develop and manage budgets for cloud services, monitoring spending and optimizing costs through efficient resource utilization.
• Security and Compliance: Ensure cloud solutions comply with relevant regulations and security standards, implementing best practices for data protection and access control.
• Performance Monitoring: Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor cloud performance, analyzing data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with cloud service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring service levels meet organizational needs.
• Disaster Recovery: Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and business continuity strategies for hybrid, multi-cloud environments.
• Collaboration: Work closely with IT, development, and business teams to ensure cloud solutions meet operational requirements and support application development.
• Innovation and Research: Stay up to date with emerging cloud technologies and trends, evaluating potential new tools and services that can enhance cloud service offerings and delivery.
• Customer satisfaction: Responsible for customer satisfaction of cloud service offerings.
• Develop product roadmaps and manage the service catalog lifecycle.
• Define and document cloud service offerings, features, and service pricing.
• Conduct customer analysis and gather feedback to refine and improve services.
• Ensure each service offering has a defined Product Owner
• Manage daily operations for cloud environments to ensure performance, availability, and security.
• Lead the incident response team and coordinate resolution efforts.
• Implement and maintain standard enterprise cloud monitoring processes and tools as well as cloud automation standards and tools.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in cloud services management or related roles, with a strong understanding of cloud architecture and services.
• Proven experience managing cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and related technologies.
• Strong knowledge of cloud security best practices and compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership, oral and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
• Creativity to imagine innovative, effective new cloud solutions and designs.
• Must be able to manage multiple issues simultaneously.
• Understanding and appropriately responding to feedback promptly.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Master's degree in related field
• 5+ years of infrastructure operations experience across multiple disciplines (OS, hypervisor, storage) with a competent understanding of hybrid cloud service operations
• Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, or Google Cloud Professional Architect.
• Experience with automation and orchestration tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
• General understanding of ITSM processes and experience with agile methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, SAFe using technologies like Jira or ServiceNow
• General understanding of DevSecOps concepts and Site Reliability Engineering with cloud automation experience
Potential for Telework (if any):
Yes, with ability to be onsite upon request.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $122,200.00 - $220,900.00
