Description

Leidos National Security Sector's Engineering, Integration and Operations (EIO) Division is looking for an experienced Catēna Software Engineer to support the development and implementation of the Catēna Supply Chain Management Solution. In this role, you will help implement and improve the Catēna multi-tenant solution for logistics and data management using AWS Cloud Console and the Leidos Enterprise Cloud Management serverless environment.

Position Summary

As part of a creative, forward-thinking team, you will help shape the future of logistics and data management and drive insertions of technology into projects. As a Software Engineer, you will work with subject matter experts and the Catēna Technical Lead to develop optimal and differentiated Leidos solutions to be delivered on Catēna product. In addition to developing solutions, you will help the customer understand the value and benefits of the Leidos solution, explain technical capabilities, features and transformation strategies, engage in proof of concepts, and support division level campaigns and initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities
• Conduct software engineering function, including the design, development, testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of software programs for enhancements and new software-intensive systems and products.
• Support overall development and implementation of technical innovation, differentiation, and strategy to include execution of the Catēna technology roadmap and Operational and Maintenance functions in support of the Catēna product.
• Develop technical solutions that require collaboration with internal experts, deep analyses and understanding of impact on end-product/solution. Develops solutions to technical problems and issues that are unclear and require deep technical knowledge.
• Engage with the Catēna Technical Lead, Catēna Project Manager and EIO Chief Technical Officer to ensure successful completion of project objectives.
• Support the establishment and maintenance of the Catēna product baseline and management
• Enhance Leidos best practices, lessons learned, and technological approaches to research, design, and develop innovative solutions
• Software requirements analysis, analysis of software compatibility, development of software products and tools used for design, development and maintenance of Catēna product.

Basic Qualifications
• Master's Degree and 2-6 years experience in a Science, Engineering, or Technology field or Bachelors degree and 4-8 years experience.
• Prior technical roles within similar organizations
• Demonstrated expertise and product development in AWS Cloud serverless environments, data integration and aggregation, network, and end-user capabilities
• Requirements gathering and decomposition
• Software testing and process documentation
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a virtual team environment.
• Secret Clearance

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with AWS DevOps, Python, React, Full Stack Developer highly desired
• Working Knowledge of ECM environments, Cloud technologies, Amazon Quicksight software, inView, AWS native services, Interos, Cameo NoMagic, KeyCloak, Amazon Athena, AWS Glue, Windchill
• Prior technical roles within similar organizations with growing duties and responsibilities

Pay Range:

Pay Range $85,150.00 - $153,925.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
