We are looking for an intern that can work part-time for the spring semester and full-time during summer break.
Primary Responsibilities:
Contribute to the CivIT's Leadership team's projects supporting engineering support, litigation, enterprise IT solutions, and mission-critical services.
- Reporting Excellence: Crafting comprehensive weekly and monthly reports to keep stakeholders informed and decisions data-driven.
- Action Item Management: Tracking progress on action items, ensuring timely follow-up, and driving accountability for project success.
- Dynamic Presentations: Designing impactful presentations by synthesizing and consolidating data from diverse sources for clear, compelling communication.
- Website & Intranet Management: Continuously updating and maintaining the website and intranet, ensuring information is always relevant, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
- Business Automation: Identifying opportunities and implementing innovative solutions to automate daily tasks and reporting, increasing efficiency and freeing up time for strategic focus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Computer Information Systems, or a related field, with an expected graduation between Fall 2025 and 2027.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven experience collaborating across cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Technical expertise to develop and implement automation solutions.
- Eligibility to obtain a security clearance.
- U.S. citizenship required.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $39,000.00 - $70,500.00
