Description

Leidos is seeking an experienced Archibus Facility-Space Management Software Support Specialist to provide software support services for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Office of Facility Management (AMP). This role supports the National Airspace System (NAS) implementation programs through technical administration of the Archibus Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS).

This is a full-time position at the MMAC in Oklahoma City

Security Requirement:
Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Security Clearance (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder with 3 years U.S. residency). Pre-employment drug screening is required.

  • Provide technical support for Archibus, the FAA's primary facility management software, used across the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center, FAA HQ, regional offices, and DOT HQ.
  • Assist users by troubleshooting issues, developing training/documentation, and conducting training sessions.
  • Maintain and analyze Archibus data, CAD drawings, and coordinate resolution of discrepancies.
  • Must have a demonstrated understanding of the Facility Management industry, processes, and technology including knowledge of space Allocation and space Planning
  • Test upgrades, research modules, and support implementation of new features.
  • Collaborate with team leads and stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
  • Strong user support and documentation skills.
  • Experience troubleshooting and testing enterprise software.

The ideal candidate will also have to be able to:

  • Have the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be proficient with SQL databases (SQL Server, Oracle).
  • Have familiarity with architectural and furniture plan drawings.
  • Have experience with the following IWMS tools: ARCHIBUS, Tririga, Serraview Eptura, SpaceIQ.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Architecture, or related field and 2+ years prior experience (experience may substitute).

Candidate must meet one or more of the following:

  • 1+ year of professional experience supporting Archibus applications.
  • 1+ year supporting other IWMS platforms (e.g., Maximo, Tririga).
  • 2+ years as an Archibus end-user with space management knowledge.
  • 2+ years supporting software with a SQL Server backend.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities

Preferred:

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams and SharePoint

Pay Range:

Pay Range $57,850.00 - $104,575.00
