Our customer maintains a highly demanding mission and requires Leidos' talent to provide expert technical and professional management support to the commands enterprise Information Technology (IT) services. In this role as Access Manager, you will support a program that provides sustainment, maintenance, problem and change management services to help ensure secure, reliable, and uninterrupted availability of the Department of Defense IP networks. You will also be supporting our NORAD and USNORTHCOM customer on the N2NOMS effort located in beautiful Colorado Springs, CO.

You will report directly to the Risk Management Lead, with regular interaction with the Cyber Security Manager and government POCs.

Clearance: You must currently hold an active DoD Top Secret clearance to qualify.

Hourly Rate: $40.00

What will you do in this role?

  • Responsible for all NORAD/USNORTHCOM Access Management Capabilities across multiple enterprise networks, to include:
  • - Approval, creation, modification, and deletion of Elevated Accounts
  • - Oversight of all domain, network and application accounts
  • - Tracking and maintenance of Elevated Rights
  • - Development of processes and documentation to support all Access Management requirements
  • - Service Account management, including creation, modification, deletion and tracking
  • Participate in the Change Approval process to ensure compliance with access management processes and procedures
  • Perform Local Registration Authority (LRA) duties under the U.S. Air Force NEATS program to support DoD PKI/PKI requirements
  • Provide monthly and quarterly reporting of Key Access Management metrics
  • Develop, update, organize, maintain, and track RMF documentation using information obtained from the customer.
  • Provide assessment and authorization (A&A) support in the development of security and contingency plans and conduct complex risk and vulnerability assessments.
  • Analyze policies and procedures against DoD security policies and regulations and provide recommendations for closing gaps.
  • Develop and complete system security plans and contingency plans.
  • Recommend system enhancements to improve security deficiencies.

These are the required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 2 plus years relevant experience or High School and 6 plus years' experience.
  • Current DoD 8570 IAM I (CompTIA Security+ ce) certification or equivalent
  • Current Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI
  • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Windows Server environments
  • Experience recommending additional security requirements and safeguards
  • Experience in development of end user operating manuals and documentation
  • Ability to attain Operating System Certification or training certificate (e.x. Server+, Windows 2019)

These are the preferred qualifications:

  • DoD 8570 IAM II Certification
  • Experience with Windows PowerShell
  • Experience in training of end users in Operating System and SW application installation and operation
  • Experience in Certification and Accreditation (C&A) process and development of Risk Management Framework (RMF) certification packages.
  • Experience with HBSS, ACAS and SIEM tools
