Recruiter - Security Experience Required!

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Starting Pay: $19.00-$20.00/hour

We are looking for an outstanding employee who is looking to grow their career with Securitas!

In this role you will recruit for security officer positions and perform a variety of HR administration functions. Some responsibilities may include:

  • Recruiting - Phone screens, interviewing, job offers
  • Maintaining personnel files
  • Assists with new hire training and orientation
  • Participates in job fairs
  • Various HR/Administrative duties
  • District Manager Support

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Must have reliable means of communication & transportation
  • Must have the legal right to work in the USA
  • Must have the ability to read, speak and write English
  • Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, and Outlook a plus!
  • Valid Driver's License and ability to commute to hiring events are required
  • Must have at least 2-5 years of security experience
  • Progressive experience as a supervisor is preferred
  • Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug and background
