General Security Officer - Part Time
Securitas is seeking part time officers for a number of local client sites in the RI area. If you are interested in the security industry, but would like more information, we'd love to speak with you about our open positions.
Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older
- HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- Fluency in the English language, written and verbal
- Access to reliable method of communication and transportation
- Locations may vary across the RI area
- Some locations may require additional experience, second interview, etc
Typical Duties:
- Access control, foot patrol indoors and out, vehicle patrol
- Computer use, CCTV
- Completing patrol points, writing daily reports or incident reports
- Phone communication, radio use, etc while on client site
- Effectively respond to emergencies on site in accordance with site protocol
- Document or troubleshoot client site issues such as mechanical failure, unsafe or hazardous conditions, or other safety concerns

Payrates/Schedules:
- Payrates can vary between client sites $15.50 - 17.50
- The majority of sites are 24/7, 365 days a year, and may have varies schedules
Additional Details:
- Uniforms provided at no cost of officer
- Paid training
- Additional hours may be available
