Account Security Manager - Hiring Now!
Location: Des Plaines, IL
Pay: $32.29/hour
Shift: Mon-Fri 0700-1500
Securitas plays an essential role for our clients and in society! The Account Manager position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by managing the security services and related operations provided to an assigned group of smaller accounts including client service and problem resolution, service enhancement and expansion, new business development, operational effectiveness, preparation of post orders, staffing, scheduling, supervision and training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily security operations and personnel.
- Serve as the primary client contact, addressing concerns promptly.
- Conduct site inspections and implement security plans.
- Recruit, train, and supervise security staff.
- Prepare and present security reports to the client.
- Ensure compliance with policies, regulations and safety standards

Working Conditions:
- May require working outside normal business hours.
- Exposure to adverse weather conditions and potentially hazardous situations.
- Must be able to respond to emergencies at any time.
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 25 years of age or older
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs needed
- Knowledge of security operations with an emphasis on patrol, inspection, and response services
- High results orientation
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, at various social levels and across diverse cultures
- 3+ years of security management experience.
- 5+ years of security experience.
- Strong knowledge of security systems and technology
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
