Project Analyst- Vendor Analyst - VRM
LabCorp's Client Connectivity Vendor Relations Management Team (VRM) is seeking a qualified candidate to be responsible for overseeing relationships with various EMR, HIS, LIS, and Practice Management Software vendors. This pertains to implementing interfaces between LabCorp and the Client's software in order to support electronic Lab Orders &/or Results. Major duties may include reviewing vendor interface workflow to ensure that industry standards are adhered to, resolving issues, supporting the VRM's internal clients, fostering and maintaining strategic vendor relationships, and ensure highest possible vendor performance based on establish SLAs and industry best practices.

These responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Obtaining pricing for interface implementations
- Managing and prioritizing backlogs of client interface requests for assigned vendors
- Resolving issues that arise regarding the business relationships with vendors
- Facilitating ongoing communications with strategic vendors
- Acting as a general business liaison between LabCorp and assigned vendors
- Maintaining communication logs and notes in the vendor database (including contact information, pricing, business processes, issue logs and resolutions).
- Supporting our internal stakeholders for any vendor related matters, such as project pricing, project priority, vendor system upgrades and enhancements, among others.
- Other day to day responsibilities related to management of EDI vendors as assigned by Management.
Skill Requirements:
- Ability to relate professionally with people, facilitate group interactions, and mediate conflicts.
- Excellent communication skills,
- Excellent analytical ability
- Outstanding interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients/vendors and IT management and staff
- Ability to understand LabCorp's business and assist in creating a partnership that will lead to measurable improvement in business results with assigned vendors.
- Associates Degree w/ 5 years business experience either in IS, purchasing, or vendor &/or customer relations or Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 2 years business experience.
Pay Range: 60,000-80,000
