Pay Range: $60,000 - $70,000

The Supply Chain Operations Analyst provides National support for field operations team including all front-line positions, Supervisors, Managers, and Directors within the specific functional area. Drives enterprise process through Standard Operating Procedure development, analytics and auditing. Assists in the use of KPIs and other metrics level data reporting to operational areas.

Working Conditions:

  • Up to 10% Travel may be expected depending on project.
  • This role may be remote or in office depending on the location of the position
  • Supports all time zones when needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assists in the development and administration of processes and procedures for the efficient operations of corporate supply chain operations in accordance with corporate and regulatory guidelines.
  • Proposes, participates, and assist with workflow engineering and standardization activities.
  • Ability to relate professionally with people, analytical abilities, compose letters/memorandum, coordinate events, motivate others, organization skills, research information, time management, train employees, written and verbal communication.
  • Work with external clients and vendors under direction of reporting manager
  • Participates in training, workflow engineering and standardization activities.
  • Provide recommendations for enhancements to technology solutions, business requirements.
  • Proactive in uncovering issues while also collecting, analyzing, organizing and presenting data in a way that stakeholders can connect and understand what they are communicating.

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 - 2 Years of direct Supply Chain operations experience
  • Experience interacting with internal or external clients.
  • Experience engaging or working with cross functional teams.
  • Experience with performing analytics and using analytical tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or higher
  • 1-2 years of experience interacting with internal or external clients
  • 1-2 years of experience problem solving skills and analytical abilities to assess analytical and/or reporting needs
  • Understanding of Labcorp operations, supply chain operations, laboratory systems or contact center systems.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Outline the skills and competencies required for the role. This can include soft skills and technical skills.
  • Experience in Microsoft or appliable office software. Excel, Word, Data Analytics Systems, PowerPoint. Required. Skills are used daily in the production of data and presentations to support Supply Chain projects.
  • Ability to write grammatically correct corporate communications. Skills are used to communicate with stakeholders.
  • Assist in creation and presenting of training material.
  • Ability to analyze data and use it to make recommendations.
  • Ability to pull data from multiple systems to create reporting.
  • Ability to take data and communicate it in a meaningful
  • way to internal stakeholders.
  • It is required that this role work independently and with their team members with limited supervision.
  • Strong organizations skills required.
  • Assist in the creation of a project plan and keep a task list as well as meeting minutes to be distributed to the stakeholders.
  • Assist in the determination of operational gaps as well as assisting in developing potential remediation needed to resolve.
  • Ability to communicate with external vendor(s).
  • Ensures work is completed by assigned deadlines.


  • Responsible for gathering front line employee, supervisors/managers in order to manage components of a project or SOP revision.
