Job Summary:
The Resource Planning team within CLS is responsible for developing robust long- and short-term resource plans across the organization, ensuring compliance in component selection for the design of the trial, and, in collaboration with the functional leads across the organization, executing against the resource plans. The Supplies Implementation Analyst is responsible for supporting supplies consultations and guidance for the internal teams including the compliance of supplies in close collaboration with internal teams. The Supplies Implementation Analyst will also support supplies candidate identification in close collaboration with the Labcorp Sourcing/Procurement team. The incumbent will be supporting internal Labcorp CLS processes for supplies selection and implementation as well as provide an expert guidance to the internal teams regarding supplies.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage supplies consultation process to ensure Project Management and Sales teams can identify components for kit design and implementation matching study requirements.
- Liaise with the Legal and Sourcing/Procurement teams and review supplies documentation to gather consultation details and provide guidance
- Support market search for alternative supplies, in collaboration with the Sourcing/Procurement team by providing details or consulting with the Project management /Sales team to refine requests
- Support the implementation of supplies changes across the different internal departments
Minimum Education and Experience Required:
- Education: High School or Equivalent
- Experience: Minimum 2 years. Experience in supplies/material selection; cross functional processes and supply chain; working in the medical industry or similarly regulated Industry.
- Other information (E.G., CERTIFICATION, ETC.): Additional education can be substituted for experience (1 to 1 equivalency)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree
- Experience: experience with Project Management or sponsor requests
