Job Summary:
Act as the primary point of contact for oversight and delivery of a specific key and/or growth account portfolio including associated operational guidance and infrastructure.
Act as the lead and influence the joint Governance meetings to support operational delivery messaging.
Ensure consistency and quality tracking and reporting of the operational delivery.
Leverage self and others operational expertise to implement a proactive issue avoidance model through anticipation and critical thinking.
Act as the central point of communication and escalation for operational issue resolution. When needed, take accountability and ownership for issue investigation up to resolution.
Act as the voice of the client internally with stakeholders at all levels for issue resolution, delivery experience and growth potential.

Identify, lead, influence and support internal initiatives to further combine drug development effectiveness and support growth in response to the portfolio needs.
Support implementation of new account including input to MSA negotiation, implementation and operationalization.
Support and contribute to the growth of the account across the designated business unit.
Essential Job Duties:
- Responsible for overall delivery against MSA and managing overall quality aspects of critical deliverables (KPIs, milestones, quality audits, rebates), operationalize MSA and associated initiatives/projects
- Initiate and/or maintain key interface with internal business unit key stakeholders based on client portfolio
- Oversee existing deliverables and identify opportunities for growth.
- Partner with Drug Development Partnership Solutions counterpart to build successful communication pathway tailored to drive efficient partnership model
- Provide operational experience and consultation for key and/or growth account with limited assistance
- Develop and maintain strong communication network within client, Drug Development, operations, commercial organization and key organizational leaders
- Advise and participate in partnership negotiation or renewal process providing insight on the client portfolio
- Actively participate, advise and consult on opportunities to identify requirements for successful study delivery
- Accountable for effective issue resolution through appropriate internal/external communication. Establish client centric escalation pathway which may include ownership of issue up to and including issue resolution, mitigation, and avoidance
- Identify best practices and shared learnings across Drug Development Partnership Solutions.
- Identify, define and report partnership metrics including value proposition, savings reports and cross portfolio opportunities.
- Define and/or Maintain the partnership governance structure, messaging, organization and documentation.
- Create client stakeholder engagement mapping (commercial, operations and executive) including action plan for expansion when needed
- Improve competency levels of individuals working on the partnership by effectively communicating clients' strategic goals and providing coaching and support when needed
- Assist and participate in Corporate initiatives as they relate to Drug Development Partnership enablement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree - Life Sciences and/or Business Management preferred
- Minimum of 10 years' relevant industry experience (CRO/Pharmaceutical); or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Fluent in English.
- Chinese or Japanese language is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to negotiate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
