Overview of Position

The Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition will lead, oversee, and strategically drive the Talent Acquisition function across the organization. This role will focus on designing, implementing, and optimizing scalable recruitment strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives. As a thought leader and trusted advisor, the Senior Manager will collaborate with senior leaders, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to shape the organization's talent strategy, champion diversity, and enhance employer brand presence. This leader will be responsible for the mentorship and development of the local Talent Acquisition team, ensuring operational excellence and a seamless candidate experience to attract and retain top talent.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develops and implements country-wide Talent Acquisition strategies that align with business objectives and workforce planning, addressing both immediate and long-term hiring needs.
  • Serves as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to support organizational growth and talent goals.
  • Leads, mentors, and develops a high-performing Talent Acquisition team, empowering team members to achieve measurable recruitment objectives while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Analyzes talent acquisition metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts, ensuring optimization of processes and resources.
  • Collaborates with HR Business Partners and workforce planners to anticipate hiring trends, develop proactive talent pipelines, and address talent gaps across the organization.
  • Enhances the organization's employer brand and champions initiatives to position the company as a top destination for diverse, high-performing talent.
  • Partners with business leaders to prioritize inclusion, diversity, and belonging (IDB) in hiring processes, ensuring fair opportunities for all candidates and fostering a diverse workforce.
  • Implements continuous improvements in recruiting systems, tools, and processes to ensure efficiency, compliance, and a positive candidate experience.
  • Provides strategic oversight for key initiatives such as early career talent development, executive recruitment, and critical business unit hiring.
  • Ensures compliance with all applicable employment laws, regulations, and ethical hiring practices while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Represents the organization at industry conferences, career fairs, and networking events to promote talent acquisition strategies and strengthen the company's talent brand.

Knowledge, Education, Skills & Abilities

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 8+ years of progressive recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role required. Experience overseeing recruitment functions across various disciplines such as IT, Corporate, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, HR, and Healthcare a plus.


  • Proven success in developing and scaling innovative recruiting programs and strategies to meet organizational objectives is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and consult with senior leaders and stakeholders at all organizational levels is required.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams is required.
  • Advanced proficiency in workforce analytics, talent market trends, and emerging recruitment technologies is preferred.
  • Outstanding organizational, project management, and change management skills is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of accountability and follow-through is required.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage ambiguity and competing priorities is required.
  • A commitment to fostering an inclusive, equitable workplace and championing IDB initiatives is required.
  • This position may be eligible for a hybrid work schedule.
