Overview
As a Creative Design Sr. Manager on the Global Brand Studio at Labcorp, you'll create, develop, manage, and execute digital and print designs for our marketing needs. The senior graphic designer managers' responsibilities include managing design tasks, refining projects and drafts, and generating creative ideas.

You will use your experience in implementing marketing campaigns to ensure that the design team promotes the brand and vision of the company through high-quality creative content. This position is also expected to direct line lead a time of creative designers based in our Global Marketing Center of Excellence in India.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Long-term roles and responsibilities include:
- Creative Excellence: Lead and deliver brand experience across all marketing channels. This will include ideating as well as executing high-quality creative work for brand, product marketing, campaigns and events
- Cross-functional collaboration: Oversee multiple and diverse design projects, functionally reporting into the Creative Head in US. Work with business marketers, a team of designers, production specialists, and content team to achieve creative excellence. Provide creative guidance to mid-level and junior designers. Mentor in-house creative team in India, manage third-party vendors (as required) and delegate tasks appropriately.
- Creative Champion: Present ideas to key stakeholders and champion the design function. Communicate proactively and manage stakeholder expectations while inspiring confidence. Present design concepts to executives, and cover in-person executive meetings.
Day-to-day execution includes:
- Innovate within the existing design system and brand guidelines across all mediums. Generate fresh concepts.
- Oversee multiple and diverse design projects.
- Design graphic content, illustrations, and infographics. Manage creative designs from conception to delivery. Concept, develop, and manage a "best in class" creative product from concept to completion.
- Ensure brand consistency throughout various marketing projects.
- In addition to brand guidelines, apply principles of composition, color, typography, photography, iconography and other aspects appropriately to create innovative visual solutions that meet business and user needs
- Develop campaign materials for diagnostics and drug development serving multiple areas of focus (ex. Oncology, Genetics, Women's' Health, Neurology to name a few).
- Confirm client satisfaction with results and troubleshoot issues that may arise during the project.
- Perform quality control for creative projects by reviewing and editing the team's final products before distribution of any materials.
- Oversee the brand identity guidelines and governance.
- Stay abreast of social media creative trends and storytelling formats.
- Multi-task and work efficiently under pressure with expert attention to detail.
- Exhibit a strong understanding of digital platforms and offset print production.
- Communicate clearly and articulate creative concepts and rationale to other team members and clients.
- Question status quo and contribute to strategic changes in design systems with creative direction
- Support content creation for print and digital marketing, including omni-channel marketing experiences
Requirements:
- 12+ years of design experience in the healthcare industry or an agency
- Bachelor of Art degree in Graphic, Information, Communication, or Web Design, or equivalent experience.
- Strong and diverse design portfolio
- Fantastic interpersonal skills
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro and After Effects)
- Strong leadership skills; experience leading teams and mentoring careers of creative talent and direct reports
- A keen eye for visual details, and effective storytelling
- Aesthetic skills.
- Excellent project management skills and familiarity with project management tools such as Workfront is preferred
