Labcorp is seeking to hire a Senior Contract Analyst.
This is a remote based position.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Independently develop and review Agreements including Master Services Agreements (Client and Labcorp templates).
- Agreements (Client and Labcorp templates).
- Conducts peer reviews on Master Service Agreements.
- Perform contract management tasks on medium to high complexity projects, as assigned.
- Serve as contract management lead for strategic accounts, as assigned.
- Lead negotiations for all assigned agreements with minimal or no management support.
- Develop and apply knowledge of Labcorp and key standard contract provisions to ensure proper contract terms for all types of studies.
- Generate payment schedules for the above-mentioned agreements
- Follow up on outstanding contract issues for resolution to meet internal and external deadlines and to minimize business and legal risk.
- Serve as contract management lead for strategic accounts.
- Work cross-functionally with Contract Management, Legal, Proposal Management, Finance, Commercial Development and Sales teams to resolve contract issues in a timely manner.
- Assist management and subject matter experts (SME) in maintaining harmonized contract processes and client relationships.
- Lead process improvement initiatives intended to improve global delivery of contracts.
- Adhere to Contract Management policies and processes.
- Support and update all applicable systems as assigned (e.g. Salesforce, CMS, contracts database, etc.) to provide accurate and up-to-date information on contract status and details in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate updates on all outstanding contractual documents to management as required.
- Participate is project review meetings as necessary.
- Mentor/train junior staff including providing pre-submission review and approval of junior staff's signature documents in accordance with the Contract Management review guidelines, as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 6 years in the pharmaceutical or CRO industry preferred with minimum of 4 years of contract management related experience (or equivalent)
- Demonstrated ability to plan, multi-task and prioritize.
- Demonstrated teamwork, communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Excel and Word (intermediate).
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail and ability to be persistent while maintaining professionalism.
- Proven ability to work remotely/independently.
- Experience and comfort in a high volume, fast paced environment is essential.
- Ability to navigate client contractual documents (CDAs, MSAs).
- Ability to effectively negotiate internally/externally.
- Mentor/Train junior staff.

Pay Range: $80,000 to $95,000 salary
