As a QC Reviewer II, you will review analytical data to ensure compliance with appropriate SOPs, GLPs, regulatory agency guidelines and client requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assists co-workers and internal customers with interpretation and understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g., GLPs), SOP requirements, and other guidance documents, as applicable.
- Reviews data to ensure quality standards are met and to verify compliance to applicable SOP and regulatory requirements.
- Maintains and seeks to expand a strong working knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g. GLPs), SOP requirements, and other guidance documents. Applies existing knowledge to data review tasks.
- Maintains a working knowledge of client SOPs and requirements. Applies knowledge to data review tasks.
- Collects error tracking data for items reviewed.
- Monitors citation trends in eQA and performs follow-up actions with respondents, management, or others, if needed, to prevent recurring citations, problems, or errors.
- Completes self-development opportunities.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education/Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science/Arts (BS/BA) degree.
- Ability to efficiently use basic software (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience:
- At least one year experience in a lab setting and/or one year in a quality control role.
- Experience with lab-related instrumentation is helpful.
Training / Hours:
- Training will last for 3-6 months on the job depending on the person.
- Hours will be fixed during training
- Once training is complete, hours may be flexible with a start time as early at 6:00 am or as late as 10:00 am. (Second shift could be an option)
Pay Range:
- QC Reviewer I $23.00 to $24.00 per hour starting out.
- QC Reviewer II $24.00 to $25.00 per hour starting out.
New graduates with some experience, could be hired at the QC Reviewer I level.
