Labcorp is seeking a Purchasing Coordinator to join our team in Naples, Florida at Naples Comprehensive Health. The purchasing coordinator will be responsible for helping managing inventory levels, forecasting inventory, and processing and expediting purchase orders for a variety of materials to support the clinical laboratory operations.
The schedule for this position is: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm.
Responsibilities:
- Process and expedite purchase orders
- Research and resolve problems associated with purchase order processing
- Manage inventory levels. Review and maintain min/max and safety stock inventory levels to support changes in production plans and material usage
- Forecast inventory of supplies
- Interface with other department management to identify, communicate and resolve planning related problems

Requirements:
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Previous experience with Oracle and Peoplesoft highly preferred
- Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
