This role offers remote, hybrid or on site working aligned with one of our sites in either Huntingdon, Harrogate or Eye.

Duties Include:
- Preparing and assisting in maintaining program documentation tools, such as Gantt charts, Timelines, study trackers, financial trackers, communication plans, risk logs, action trackers, etc. for each assigned program or portfolio
- Providing support to Program Manager with KPI generation
- Providing logistical support for program kick off meetings and client visits
- Participating in work-streams involving process improvements
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with a global team

Education / Qualifications:
- BSc in the Life Sciences field or equivalent industry experience
Skills / Experience:
- Demonstrable experience within a science related environment required; CRO experience preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work to deadlines, prioritise tasks and manage multiple changing priorities
- Excellent customer service skills with a strong focus on client needs
- Planning and organizational skills
- Computer proficiency with good working knowledge of a range of I.T packages
- Ability to work with financial information
- Capable of working autonomously but also in a team environment
