Labcorp is recruiting a Portal Developer, ServiceNow for a dynamic team in North Carolina. This position can also potentially be Remote based.
As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements. You will work closely with business analysts, system administrators, and other stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Your primary goal is to enhance organizational processes, improve workflow efficiency, and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements Analysis:
- Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to understand business processes and requirements.
- Analyze and document detailed technical specifications based on business needs.

ServiceNow Development:
- Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
- Customize forms, fields, lists, and reports to enhance user experience.
- Implement business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and other ServiceNow components.
Integration and Automation:
- Integrate ServiceNow with other third-party systems and applications.
- Develop and implement automation solutions to streamline processes.
- Create and maintain integration mappings and scripts.
Incident and Problem Resolution:
- Provide support and troubleshooting for incidents related to ServiceNow applications.
- Identify and resolve issues, ensuring the stability and reliability of the platform.
Service Catalog Management:
- Develop and maintain the Service Catalog, ensuring accurate and up-to-date service offerings.
- Implement and enhance ServiceNow service request workflows.
Security and Compliance:
- Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Monitor and address security vulnerabilities on the ServiceNow platform.
Documentation:
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for ServiceNow solutions.
- Provide training and documentation to end-users as needed.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on ServiceNow platform updates, features, and best practices.
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is preferred.
- Proven experience in ServiceNow development and implementation related to HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module and employee center.
Skills:
- Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
- Strong understanding of HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with focus on HRSD module.
- Experience with ServiceNow platform upgrades and migrations is a plus.
Location: *Role is remote*

Pay Range: $100,000 - $135,000/yr
All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
The position is also eligible for an annual bonus under the Labcorp Bonus Plan. Bonuses are payable based on corporate and/or business segment performance and are subject to individual performance modifiers.
