The Manager of ERP Business Reporting & Analytics is responsible for leading a team of analysts in organizing business requirements, analyzing complex business data, and creating data-driven, actionable visualizations. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate with cross-functional teams, interpret business needs, and deliver impactful reporting solutions within Labcorp's ERP system. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Profitability & ERP Reporting, the role will manage a team that includes one Report Developer and one contracted Report Developer.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business leaders and subject matter experts across regions and departments, including the Information Technology organization.
  • Accurately collect, analyze, and validate data for business reporting purposes.
  • Regularly review data reports, identifying and correcting inaccuracies.
  • Lead and manage reporting projects using a structured business/technology collaborative approach.
  • Design and implement business analysis and data reporting systems within the Enterprise ERP.
  • Generate insightful business reports that drive informed decision-making.
  • Provide data-driven support to various financial departments, helping them achieve their goals.
  • Regularly interact with senior management to communicate findings and report on complex projects and programs.
  • Manage and oversee the team members involved in project execution from start to finish.

Minimum Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Data Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 2-3 years of experience in program/project management, data analytics, and data visualization.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle Reporting Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, and Alteryx.
  • Strong skills in SQL, MySQL, and PLSQL.
  • Expertise in data preparation and ETL processes.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in managing a team of analysts.
  • Proven ability to create visually compelling and actionable data visualizations and dashboards.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to engage with senior executives.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills, particularly in the context of complex data analysis.

Work Locations:

  • Hybrid, in office 3-4 days per week.
  • Preferred office locations: Durham, NC, Burlington, NC; Dallas, TX; Frisco, TX.

Pay Range: Up to $110 - 115k + bonus
