As a Lead UI Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge applications tailored for the healthcare domain. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and robust software solutions. Your expertise in UI development will be instrumental in delivering impactful results.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Web-based applications.
- Lead the UI development of a LIMS systems.
- Ensure the experience, security, and performance of applications meets the demands of the healthcare domain.
- Collaborate with product managers, domain experts, and team members to understand and refine requirements.
- Integrate healthcare standards like FHIR into system design where applicable.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, particularly in healthcare IT.
- Develop and maintain a robust suite of unit and integration tests.
- Perform support and maintenance activities.

Requirements:
- Professional Experience: 7+ years of experience in front-end development, with a proven track record of delivering complex, scalable applications.
- Healthcare IT: Familiarity with healthcare standards such as FHIR is a strong advantage. Experience in building LIMS systems or other healthcare applications is highly desirable.
- UI Framework Expertise: Experience developing and deploying applications utilizing Angular or equivalent.
- Technical Skills:
- Proven experience as a UI Software Engineer with a strong focus on Angular development.
- Proficiency in Angular (Angular 2+), HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and a passion for creating visually appealing user interfaces.
- Soft Skills:
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- A passion for understanding the domain to deliver meaningful and impactful solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed technical decisions.
