As a Business Relationship Management Intern, you will support the BRM process definition and documentation while gaining insights into Enterprise Resource Management. This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn about business processes, enhance documentation skills, and contribute to the effective management of enterprise resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in defining and documenting BRM processes, ensuring clarity and consistency across the organization.
- Collaborate with team members to gather and analyze business requirements related to resource management.
- Help create and maintain process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Support the development of training materials and resources for BRM processes.
- Participate in meetings and workshops to gather insights and feedback from stakeholders.
- Conduct research on best practices in Business Relationship Management and Enterprise Resource Management.
- Assist with data collection and analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Contribute to ongoing projects and initiatives within the BRM team.

Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Familiarity with process mapping and documentation tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field in IT.
Pay Range: $22-$25 hourly
Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
