Corporate IT is actively searching for an experienced Manager with a background in healthcare, who will manage IT Product Specialists team and build business solutions and application services to support external and internal customers. The ideal candidate will serve as the technical product point person, working closely with product managers, business liaisons, and development teams to advance the product capabilities and roadmap. They will be involved in a diverse range of activities, including but not limited to requirements gathering, process modeling, data analytics and reporting, stakeholder management and managing business analyst team by implementing new methodologies and tools. The role will include dealing with complex business integrations, eliciting requirements, and implementing secure and high-performance applications across the organization.

Responsibilities
- Manage a group of IT Product Specialists, Business Analysts and Application Support Analysts in delivering large and complex business applications and integration solutions on Call Center, and At-Home platforms.
- Leads requirements gathering, planning, comprehensive SOP of business needs, technical specifications for the development, manages technical implementation plan.
- Analyze and review processes to increase operational efficiency and drive process improvements across platforms.
- Collaborate with the business to create a strategy and roadmap for application management that includes features like Microservices, UI/UX Components, Security, Reporting and Analytics.
- Leads overall end-to-end processes autonomously in line with business priorities and ensure the data accuracy of transactions with compliance requirements.
- Closely work with the business team, understand the SLAs, and supervise the team to support and maintain Application Products and Services.
- Hands-on mindset who is willing to roll up sleeves and build out a process automation and maintain operating procedures and support documentation.
- Leads functional requirement, design, and solutions with new technologies to adopt AI driven application processes and analytics to business users.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional application teams, business stakeholders and 3rd party service providers to implement software functionalities.
- Articulate product vision and strategy to both technical and non-technical audiences. Foster cross-functional collaboration and influence key stakeholders to drive successful product outcomes.
- Proactively engage in continuous improvement efforts of call center operation and propose appropriate solutions.
- Identify and assess best sources/partners to drive IT product strategies and capabilities to enable growth, new product opportunities, and process innovation.
- Recruits, develops and motivates staff to ensure a highly engaged and values-focused team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 10 + year of experience in building and delivering scalable services/applications within a software product development environment, preferably in the health care industry
- Proven ability to manage team of professionals of a minimum of 6-8 direct reports.
- Management skills, with the ability to take ownership on multiple projects and product enhancements simultaneously.
- Experienced creating strategic roadmaps, prioritize features and lead cross-functional product teams to deliver software solutions that drive business growth
- Experience in a clinical lab environment or business process optimization using agile methodologies.
- Problem-solving aptitude with a willingness to work in a fast-paced product development environment.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with sound technical abilities, good judgment, and strong operational focus.
- Understanding of process standardization practices in call center domains, healthcare test order processing, integrating healthcare data, and HIPAA-related security (preferred).
- Demonstrated cross-functional leadership in matrix organizations, driving results through effective communication and collaboration across multiple organizational units.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including meeting facilitation and executive presentations.
- Working knowledge using technologies such as JSON, REST API, SQL and RDBMS (e.g. DB2, Oracle) for troubleshooting and analysis
- Familiarity with cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure).
