Summary:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT Logistics Center. This includes, asset management, managing the budget and forecast based on run-rates for PC and peripherals used by the company. Managing the shipping and receiving of the IT equipment as well as the lifecycle of the IT equipment. Manage software license management and facilitate the production imaging of PC's.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee three warehouse operations - one domestic and two international locations.
- Examining, identifying, planning and managing special logistics and warehousing processes or operations which involves ensuring that accurate and complete accounting, reporting, and internal control systems are functioning and that all relevant records are accurately maintained.
- Experience with Asset Management to includes the entire enterprise and processes necessary for the effective management, control, and protection of the Software and Hardware Assets within the company, throughout all phases of their lifecycle (acquisition through disposal).
- Vendor management activities including setup of agreements, statements of work, etc.
- Overseeing and monitoring of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency for domestic and international inventories.
- Facilitate production imaging, warranty, surplus, integrations (acquisitions), configuration of end user IT products and customer facing equipment used in PSC and consumer location
- Resolving delivery inconsistencies or delay.
- Partner with internal IT groups to support acquisitions, site closures, site movements, system refresh goals.
- Developing an environment that fosters open and positive team communication by setting expectations and communicating the company's goals or objectives.
- Build the team by training existing team plus hiring and retaining new talent.
- Demonstrate knowledge in:
- PeopleSoft
- ServiceNow
Minimum Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelors + equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration.
- 7-10 years of warehouse management, IT asset management, procurement, forecasting/budgeting, desktop and/or vendor management experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience managing Desktop imaging.
- Experience working with PeopleSoft and Service Now.
- Solid experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Skills and Competencies:
- Ability to handle multiple projects and also work independently.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, self-management, and organizational skills.
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- High level organizational and product management skills to handle multiple concurrent assignments in a timely fashion.
- Candidate must flourish in a fast paced, iterative, deadline driven environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills are critical to success.
Working Conditions:
- Candidate will need to work from the ITLC 5 days a week.
- Minimal to no travel required.
