Our site in Alconbury, Cambridgeshire is currently recruiting for a Grounds Maintenance Technician to join the team on a full-time basis.

The role of the Maintenance Technician will be responsible for all grounds maintenance and repairs on-site, as well as assisting with buildings maintenance as required, working to ensure our day-day operations continue to run smoothly.
Core hours will be Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm (some flexibility available), where you will work alongside an established and friendly team with full training provided.
Job responsibilities include:
- Grounds maintenance tasks to include but not limited to grass cutting, operating garden machinery, landscaping, leaf clearance, and weeding.
- Undertaking building fabric repairs: door alignment, drainage repairs, minor decoration etc.
- Liaising with and escort contractors.
- Updating IT based PPM systems
- Communicating daily with Team Leader and maintenance team

Education:
- 3 or more GCSE's or equivalent, Grade A-E to include English, Mathematics, and a science subject
- Experience may be substituted for educational level
Requirements:
- Previous experience in landscaping or building maintenance
- Alternatively 'handyman' experience and general exposure to construction and engineering environment will be considered
