Labcorp Genetics is seeking a motivated, self-starter to join a team of genetic counselors to support a busy maternal fetal medicine practice in Walnut Creek, CA and in the greater San Francisco Bay Area. This individual will be responsible for providing in-person prenatal genetic counseling services in Walnut Creek and virtually while also having an opportunity to participate in educational and research initiatives within Labcorp.
Please note: This position will be required to work onsite, providing in-person genetic counseling services in Walnut Creek, CA. This role may have the opportunity to work remotely, however, the position is not 100 percent remote. Candidates must be located in the Bay Area, CA or be willing to relocate.

In this job you will:
- Have the opportunity to provide direct patient care for a wide variety of complex indications from an extensive referral base

Requirements:
- MA/MS in Human Genetics/Genetic Counseling
- ABGC/ABMG certification or active candidate status required
- Previous experience as a certified Genetic Counselor highly preferred
- Previous prenatal or reproductive Genetic Counseling experience desired
- California State Genetic Counselor license required or ability to obtain CA license prior to start date
Application Window: 12/20/2024
Pay Range: $99,000 - $130,000 / year
All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
