LabCorp is seeking a Forensic Support- Services Float to join its team in St. Paul, MN.
The Forensic Support Services Float works in fast paced, production type environment performing a vital component of medical laboratory support services. Receive on the job training for a broad range of tasks and responsibilities in the Forensic Support Services departments.
Work Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday with 2 possibilities of schedule 6:30am - 3pm or 8am - 4:30pm. Saturdays 8am - 4:30pm

Principal Functional Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to clients, recover necessary information, and work closely with Processing to resolve receipt of sample issues.
- Input data from images, requisitions and other sources into the computer from a variety of standard and/or complex coded or non-coded business and statistical source data using an alpha-numeric and ten-key keyboard.
- Serve as a problem-solver by identifying errors, routing errors to appropriate areas, and interpreting data to ensure the correct test codes and requisitions are used.
- Resolve verification queries from operators, releasing of batches, initiating recovery of missing/incorrect information, assist with scanning.
- File, store, and maintain all records and data
Required Education and Experience:
- AA degree or equivalent education and experience
- Previous client/customer service experience in medical support area or laboratory experience
- Ability to adapt quickly to work in any area and perform all functions requested to support the entire Forensic Support Services Team
- Must be able to perform work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong multitasking and problem solving aptitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including written, verbal, and listening
- Outstanding keyboarding skills with working knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
Preferred Education, Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
- 1 year MedTox support services experience
- Knowledge of Forensic specimen processing and data entry

**Pay Range: $17.00- $25.00 per hour
All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
