We are seeking a Clinical Trails Project Administrator to join our team in San Antonio, TX. This position will be responsible for managing a variety of projects that include New Test Setup, Billing, Training, Daily Record Maintenance and assisting Lab Director with special projects as requested.
The schedule is Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the development of work orders, plans, protocol designs.
- Expedite accessioning, scheduling, problem-solving and follow-up of project activities.
- Facilitate the collection, quality control and dissemination of data and results.
- Participate in client team meetings, teleconferences and other project-related meetings.
- Track and communicate project progress and revenue projections.
- Facilitate the billing/invoice processes.
- Assist with data review, analysis, QA and preparation of publications.
- Participate in site and data monitoring and audit activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent school/work experience
- Minimum 1-3 years related experience preferred
- Previous life science industry experience highly preferred
- Strong organizational skills to manage timelines, deliverables, resource demands, and conflicts
- Computer proficiency - MS Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint. MS Project proficiency a plus
