This position will utilize existing and or new contacts and relationships to expand current Labcorp services or introduce Labcorp into new health systems for large deal collaboration discussions. This position will include activities meant to expand reference testing services, become a disaster recovery partner, present Labcorp offerings including MSA for inpatient labs as well as potential outreach acquisition/collaboration. The main goal of this role is to solicit and make introductions between the Health System executive C-suite and the Labcorp executive HHS business development team to begin discussions on collaboration.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with key clients, major hospitals and health systems.
- Monitor competitors' products, including relevant sales and marketing data.
- Target clients - C-suite executives (CEO, COO, CFO, CIO, CQO, CNO, VPs) and Medical Leadership (Medical Director, Pathology, Department Chair).
- Listening and questioning capabilities that leverage emotional intelligence to uncover customer needs and pain points -- obvious and not so obvious needs.
- Objection resolution skills that uncover additional needs while deepening the relationship
- Virtual and in-person meeting frameworks and facilitation skills that improve outcomes
- Understand all products and partnership models along with the value delivered in each market archetype.
- Big picture thinker with the ability to execute and work in a matrix management organization.

Minimum Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree or 15+ years executive selling
- Lab Industry or Lab related knowledge and experience
- Healthcare sales experience

Working Conditions:
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to travel overnight.

Pay Range: $100/hour - $111/hour
All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
