Position Summary:
In this position you will handle all day-to-day and routine maintenance/repairs for Facilities Management.

- A background in general maintenance tasks
- Understanding and ability to use tools and machinery to perform tasks
- Ability to troubleshoot and identify problems quickly
- Strong documentation skills
The essential job duties are:
- Performs complex corrective and preventive maintenance tasks
- Troubleshoots and repairs all engine-powered equipment and vehicles
- Troubleshoots, maintains and repairs all low voltage electrical equipment
- Construct projects from blueprints or conceptual drawings requiring the operation of cutting, drilling, or shaping tools
- Accurately documents corrective and preventive maintenance actions in facility monitoring systems as well as on work orders
- Interacts professionally with facility staff in planning corrective actions
- Procure materials for assignments
- Other related duties as assigned
What do we look for?
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in facilities or maintenance related capacity
- Knowledge and skills in shop and hand tool use, care and maintenance
- Experience with a maintenance management systems and documentation skills required
