The Labcorp Employer Services division is seeking an Account Administrator in the Client Operations Department: Wellness.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Responding quickly and accurately
- Serves as an initial point of contact, customer service and support for large national clients within the Labcorp Employer Services Division
- Working with multiple departments across the organization to ensure accurate and timely support to clients.
- Performs overall and complete account management, supply ordering, coordinating on-site health fairs
- Correspondence via email and phone.
- Assists with other special projects, tasks and reports as needed

- A.A. / A.S. Degree in related field
- 2-5 years of job-related experience
- Customer service experience, preferably in clinical/wellness
- Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office
- Strong verbal and written communication and leadership skills
- Detailed oriented highly organized
- Multi-tasking ability to manage multiple client accounts and events
- Ability to work outside of normal business hours when necessary
- Familiarity with medical terminology is strongly preferred
Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM -5:00PM EST
