Kyndryl is seeking multiple skilled WME SMEs to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing 7-day support outside the office, working in rotating shifts with the team. The DBA's activities include on-demand support for relational and non-relational database subsystems, as well as attention to incidents, queries, and user requirements. You will perform corrective, preventive, and improvement maintenance of the processes to guarantee the stability of the operation.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 1 to 5 years of experience in handling incidents and requirements in relational and non-relational databases.
• Basic level experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and CosmoDB.
• Solid knowledge of the Linux and Windows Server operating systems.
• Basic knowledge of the Azure portal.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
