The Role
Responsible for building robust talent pipelines for critical roles, ensuring Kyndryl's continued success. Duties include identifying, developing, and placing the right talent in essential positions, as well as updating succession plans annually to maintain a diverse talent pool.
Support monthly leadership and HR discussions, reviewing executive positions and talent placements to ensure a consistent approach. Facilitate talent brokering by bringing together stakeholders to maximize the use of internal talent before considering external candidates. Support talent reviews, providing valuable insights on challenges, potential, and development objectives to achieve better talent outcomes.

Who You Are
Educational and Experience Requirements:
- Strong HR Background minimum of 10 years..
- A strong understanding of HR practices, including recruitment, and talent management and talent development is essential,
- Knowledge of talent acquisition, development, retention, and succession planning is crucial.
- The ability to analyze data, identify trends, and create reports is valuable for evaluating talent management programs.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for building relationships with employees and stakeholders.
- Experience with PowerPoint and Excel are a must.
- Understanding leadership principles and how to develop future leaders is important for succession planning.

Succession planning involves identifying critical roles within an organization that are essential for its success. - Developing Talent:
It focuses on identifying and developing potential successors for those key roles. - Creating Action Plans:
Succession plans involve developing action plans to ensure that individuals are prepared to take on future leadership responsibilities. - Knowledge Transfer:
Succession planning also includes strategies for transferring knowledge and experience from current employees to their successor

The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $116,760to$221,880based on a full-time schedule.
Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience.
For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately.
The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.
There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:
California:$128,400to$266,040
Colorado: $116,760to$221,880
New York City: $140,040to$266,040
Washington: $128,400to$243,960
Washington DC:$128,400to$243,960
This position will be eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl's applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
