The Role

We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable System Management Specialist to join our team. The specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining various tools under their responsibility. They must have sufficient knowledge to provide support and implement different functionalities and integrations on the tools they manage. Additionally, the specialist must possess management skills to effectively interact with clients and the brand's supplier.

Who You Are

Required Skills and Experience

  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Azure training track.
  • ITIL Foundations Certification.
  • Collaboration and communication skills, able to work well in a team and collaborate with developers, security analysts, and other IT professionals.
  • Knowledge of DevOps culture and experience working in an agile and collaborative team environment.
  • Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Previous experience managing monitoring/ITSM tools (SCOM, UIM, Wily, OE, Jira, Remedy, Discovery, etc.).
