The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing the budget to ensure it aligns with marketing goals. You will ensure compliance with procurement policies by utilizing Ariba for purchase requisitions and order management.

Additionally, you will coordinate with the Accounts Payable team to ensure timely payment of invoices and resolve any payment-related issues. Ensuring compliance with relevant tax regulations and coordinating with tax professionals as needed will also be part of your duties.As a trusted business advisor, you will provide insights and support to global stakeholders. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure effective budget execution and financial planning.

You will understand the end-to-end process and contribute to automation and streamlining efforts to improve efficiency. Preparing and analyzing financial reports using MS Excel and other reporting tools will be a key responsibility. Being self-driven, you will identify and implement opportunities to add value to the business. Lastly, you will quickly adapt to new financial software and tools as needed, demonstrating a flair for technology.

Required Technical and Professional Experience

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in marketing and finance, or a related field.
  • Proven 3-5 years of experience in budget management, procurement processes, and accounts payable.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work well with different teams and adapt to changing environments.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

  • Familiarity with Ariba and Airtable.
  • Experience in a marketing organization.
