Project managers at a wide range of levels responsible for medium to large or complex projects in the Kyndryl Consult area, or projects involving multiple technical disciplines. Successfully complete medium to large or complex projects or programs to meet the financial goals of both Kyndryl and the client.

Description:

We are looking for the following level of Project Managers for upstream review and PM/SE of system integration projects in the area of system infrastructure construction.


We are looking for someone who can do the following:

• As a program/project manager for system infrastructure construction, be able to lead a series of processes from system conceptualization to testing process

• Must be able to manage and drive a program or multiple projects, managing many dependencies and trade-offs (e.g., schedule, resources)

• Must be able to identify new business opportunities based on customer trends and participate in the development of project portfolio strategies and business plans

• Must be responsive to the executive level (board level) of the client

• Ability to mentor other PMs through formal coaching, harvesting and sharing of IP, and contributing to the improvement of Kyndryl's project management capabilities

Capability/Experience:

＜Senior Project Manager＞

• More than 5 years of experience as a program/project manager in system development/construction projects, and a track record of project management for multiple customers

• More 20 project members management experience

• Comprehensive understanding of project management techniques, and has a track record of successfully leading a series of processes from the system concept review process to the system release

• Proven track record of leading projects with high client satisfaction

• A track record of dealing with clients at the executive level

• Project management experience for application development projects

• Project management experience in multiple industries

• Project management experience in agile development techniques (Scrum, Lean, etc.)
• Active in internal and external project management-related giveback activities, and multiple achievements
