We seek a highly skilled Senior Network Automation Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be crucial in streamlining and enhancing our network operations by implementing advanced automation solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and tools that improve operational efficiency, minimize manual tasks, and reduce the risk of errors.

Key responsibilities include analyzing current network processes, identifying automation opportunities, and creating scripts using Python, Ansible, and Terraform. You will work closely with network engineers to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions with existing network infrastructure and systems. Your efforts will contribute to deploying and managing complex network configurations across various environments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of networking protocols and technologies and hands-on experience in network automation. Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are preferred. If you are passionate about transforming network operations through automation and innovation, we invite you to apply and be part of our forward-thinking organization.

You'll be involved early to offer solutions, help decide whether something can be done, and identify the technical and timeline risks upfront. This means dealing with client expectations and internal challenges - in other words, there are plenty of opportunities to make a difference, and many people will witness your contributions. In fact, a frequent sign of success for our Infrastructure Specialists is when clients come back to us and ask for the same person by name. That's the kind of impact you can have!

This is a project-based role where you'll enjoy deep involvement throughout a project's lifespan and the chance to work closely with Architects, Technicians, and PMs. Whatever your current level of tech savvy or where you want your career to lead, you'll find the right opportunities and a buddy to support your growth. Boredom? Trust us that won't be an issue.

Your future at Kyndryl
There are lots of opportunities to gain certification and qualifications on the job, and you'll continuously grow as a Cloud Hyperscaler. Many of our Infrastructure Specialists are on a path toward becoming either an Architect or Distinguished Engineer, and there are opportunities at every skill level to grow in either of these directions.
