In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and manage key customer relationships with decision-makers in the Infrastructure and Customer Line of Business organizations. Your primary focus will be on building trust and understanding with our customers, providing them with expert guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.

As an Associate Director, Technical Solutioning, you will be in a customer-facing role, spending approximately 50-70% of your time in face-to-face discussions with customers. This will provide you with unparalleled opportunities to build relationships, understand customer needs, and develop innovative solutions that drive business value.

You will typically work on one to three engagements at a time, providing you with the opportunity to focus on a select number of high-priority projects and deliver exceptional results.

Required Technical and Professional Experience

• minimum 4 years of experience in a technical solutioning or consulting role, with a proven track record of delivering complex solutions to customers
• Expertise in infrastructure and technology solutions, including cloud, cybersecurity, and data analytics, and the ability to stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders and build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Sales and negotiation experience and skills, ability to work in a team, and agile working style
• Sound knowledge of market developments (competition, technology, industry trends)
• Project management skills and several years of proven experience in corresponding projects
• Bachelor's degree education
• Fluency in local and English language

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Master's degree education
